Until the end of every art event, from the planning until the dismantling, consist the art criticism and curatorship during the exhibitions curated by Alain Chivilò.
In collaboration with the Province of Mantua, the path of the painter Ennio Bastiani is in the solo exhibition “Human Explorations”. The Brescian artist moves in constant visual interweaving to celebrate the human figure, providing fundamental focus on femininity.

Curated by the art critic Alain Chivilò, more than thirty figurative works will introduce the visitor in the search for hidden and veiled details useful for discovering the human universe of every single woman.
The first floor of Casa del Mantegna becomes, with the works by the Maestro, a compositional labyrinth to be discovered.
Ennio Bastiani artist moves in constant visual interweaving to celebrate the human figure, providing fundamental attention to femininity. Starting from a concept indicated by Salman Rushdie, also akin to art, “language and imagination cannot be imprisoned”, Bastiani consequently outlines abstract universes, within which shapes and colors highlight visual abstractions for androgynous sinuosity, deliberately tending to women’s bodies.
The Brescian painter sets out to think, approaching Vincent van Gogh’s approach, that is, first dreaming of his own paintings, then painting his own dreams. Each canvas live within conceptual labyrinths supported by proto-cellular shapes enlarged in order to provide elements that are useful for disorienting, but essentially useful for visualizing a possible beyond that is made up of humanized features in mirrors of the soul.
